Led by Shannon Thomas, the members of the Delaware County Disaster Crisis Outreach and Referral Team assist those individuals that have been impacted by crisis or disaster by providing emotional support and therapeutic activities to ease stress, foster a compassionate presence, and aid in community resilience. Activities include training and exercises, and response to support the general public during crisis or disaster within the county.
