Led by John Gallagher and Larry Bak and the members of the Delaware County Incident Support Team support local municipal, county, state, and federal response to assist with the management of major incidents. Activities include training and exercises, and response to major incidents within the county. The IST trailer is typically dispatched to long term incidents.
