Led by Ed Kline, more than 1,000 members of the Delaware County Citizens Corps support and augment our first responders and emergency management staff during times of a major emergency or disaster. The County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), County Animal Response Team (DelCART), County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES), and County Disaster Crisis Outreach and Referral Team (DCORT) are all part of Citizens Corps.
