Led by Sue Kelley, the 20 volunteer members of the Delaware County Animal Response Team plan for and respond to disasters affecting animals, and help coordinate evacuation efforts and staffing pet-friendly shelters. Activities include training and exercises, response during emergencies, animal rescue support, and sheltering.
